Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the original items with all tags attached back into the shipping box and secure it firmly to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
